All products on this web site are Australian made. There are no products on this site that are wholly imported. However, some products may contain materials that are imported due to unavailability of supply within Australia.

Products represented are manufactured by Hand-On Industries Pty Ltd or an approved third party supplier. A third party supplier can only represent a product on the Hand-On Industries web site upon invitation and/or product approval by Hand-On Industries Pty Ltd. Please contact us if you have a product you would like to represent on this site.

Faulty Items
Hand-On Industries Pty Ltd will guarantee all products sold via this web site against faulty materials or workmanship for a period of 60 days from date of purchase. This guarantee does not apply to damage caused by product misuse or any purpose/action of which the product was not designed.

Return/Replace Policy
All details of each product, including materials and assembly instructions, are clearly specified on the web site. For this reason, no products will be refunded simply because an incorrect purchase was made. Contact us if you require any further information for any product.

Where it is found that a product has faulty workmanship or materials, Hand-On Industries Pty Ltd will replace the item free of charge including delivery. Any return of the faulty item will be at the cost of Hand-On Industries Pty Ltd. A return against faulty workmanship or materials can only occur within 60 days of the purchase date.

A return will not be honoured for any other reason including damage through improper use, change of mind by customer or gift recipient etc. In case of a faulty product, Hand-On Industries Pty Ltd reserves the right to repair the faulty item.

Shipping and Delivery Information
All in-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days from date of order or acceptance of EFT payment. You will be informed if this cannot occur.

Hand-On Industries accepts responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods ordered from our web site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release our carriers from any liability relating to loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of any goods you order from this web site and to assign all rights to claim compensation or insurance against our carriers to us.

All delivery rate calculations are based on standard delivery service by Australia Post.
